Mehr als nur ein Knopf…

Meine Begeisterung für Knöpfe begann mit einem ausgefallenen Knopfarmband, das ich auf einem Weihnachtsmarkt entdeckte. Mittlerweile gestalte ich keine Knopfarmbänder „DanisButtonBracelets“ mehr, sondern hauptsächlich Knopfkunst-Bilder. Was für einen Maler die Farbe ist, sind für mich Perlen, Pailletten, Kristalle, Knöpfe & Co. Sie symbolisieren für mich in ihrer farbenfrohen Vielfalt Lebensfreude und eröffnen mir immer wieder neue kreative Möglichkeiten. Ich liiiebe Knöpfe!

Die Freude am kreativen Gestalten ist für mich ein Geschenk Gottes.
Es ist meine kleine Oase mitten im Trubel des Lebens, für die ich sehr dankbar bin.

More than a button!

My enthusiasm for buttons began with a fancy button bracelet that I discovered at a Christmas market. Now I no longer design my own jewellery, but mostly button art images. What colour is for a painter are for me pearls, sequins, crystals, and buttons. For me they symbolize the joy of life in their colourful diversity and always open up new creative possibilities for me. Many of my images are inspired by scriptural verses.

For me, the joy of creative design is a gift from God. It is my little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life, for which I am very grateful.
